EMAP MECCANICA relies on CNC milling machines which are able to shape every kind of raw material according to our design or those provided by customers.
With proper workstations and CAD/CAM/3D programs, we can mould a piece both by triaxial and five-axis milling; thanks to our wide array of dedicated machines, we can manufacture just a few items or thousands of pieces alike, from light alloys (brass, aluminum) to harder materials (AISI, steel, super duplex, cast iron, ST37, etc.), the latter by means of a more massive material removal.
We can also process items up to a length of 6 meters for plates or long components.
All manufacturing programs are supervised and designed through a cutting-edge CAD/CAM concept, specially designed to perform CNC milling with multiple axes.
